You don’t know what to choose, or what goes with what. You feel like it’s just all too overwhelming. Well, you’re not alone.
In this episode I am joined by the fabulous Amy Simpson and Lisa Farley, creators of NUDI SPRAY™. They share their struggles when choosing outfits to wear, either from their wardrobe or when out shopping. Something I’m sure we’ve all been through. We chat about how to overcome these challenges by taking away the confusion and what items can make an outfit.
Amy and Lisa also tell all about their amazing product NUDI SPRAY™, something that will revolutionise the lives of so many women out there going through perimenopause and menopause.
They had a moment of inspiration during 2022 whilst comparing sticky patch stories following their summer holidays. Neither friend had discovered a reliable, effective or easy means of removing HRT patch glue, leaving them feeling self-conscious about living very publicly with unsightly marks on their skin.
This led them on a quest to find a solution, and after months of research and development, they had created NUDI SPRAY™.

It's officially Summer and the Summer-specific events are kicking off with Epsom Darby this weekend and Royal Ascot just around the corner. These are events where there is a license to get really dressed up and enjoy the pomp and ceremony that surrounds these unique gatherings.

This week Lisa was joined by podcast host, TV presenter and stylist Emma Lightbown to talk all things style. Emma mostly styles for TV and adverts and explains how the clothes the actors wear are crucial to telling the viewer who they are. This is also true in real life, what you wear tells a story about you.
If you think about TV dramas, the characters are always dressed ina way that brings their character and back story to life so WE the viewer believe in their story. This is a great example of just how powerful visual/non-verbal communication really is! What you wear tells a story about you because that's a big part of how humans communicate with each other.
We also discussed the changing face of the High Street - how it's so much harder to shop right now because so many shops are closing down. Emma shares her passion for Vinted shopping and we disagreed on the joys of shopping in TK Maxx! You've got to be in the mood to shop in there...!

It's so nice to be talking about Spring today! The new season is almost here and it's time to talk about the trends we'll be seeing in the lighter months this year.
This is my take on the trends with a few outfit ideas and tips to find your personal style thrown in.
